These courses are designed to be taken in sequence for the most comprehensive understanding: Menstrual Cycle Informed Coach – Learn how to program training, nutrition, and recovery across the menstrual cycle to not only improve performance and body composition but mitigate the many symptoms' women suffer from each month. Peri-Menopause & Beyond Specialist – Understand the hormonal transitions of midlife and beyond. Fertility to Motherhood Coach – Support women from preconception through pregnancy and postpartum. Functional Pelvic Floor Coach – Gain the essential knowledge to support core and pelvic health. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires that any changes or cancellations to studio appointments, training sessions and private coaching calls must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If notice is not given before 12 hours, the full session fee will be charged and no refunds or credits will be given. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes to your schedule. However, to ensure the availability of our coaches, we kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our services.
