Our weekly Cycle & Fertility coaching call is designed to help women at every stage of their reproductive journey build confidence in understanding and working with their bodies. In this 60-minute live group session, we focus on: Nutrition strategies to support energy, hormone balance, and overall health. Training adjustments tailored to your cycle phases, fertility goals, and recovery needs. Evidence-informed tips for managing symptoms, cravings, and performance fluctuations. Open discussion and Q&A, giving you direct access to a qualified Women’s Health Coach for real-time advice. This call is your opportunity to learn how to align your lifestyle, nutrition, and training with your unique physiology. You’ll leave each session with practical, actionable steps you can apply immediately — supported by a community of like-minded women who are on the same journey.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires that any changes or cancellations to studio appointments, training sessions and private coaching calls must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If notice is not given before 12 hours, the full session fee will be charged and no refunds or credits will be given. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes to your schedule. However, to ensure the availability of our coaches, we kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice.
