The pelvic floor does not function in isolation — and coaching it as though it does may contribute to dysfunction rather than prevention. The Functional Pelvic Floor Coach™ Online Mentorship is an ACE and NASM accredited 12-week mentorship (8 weeks education + 4 weeks implementation) designed for coaches and health professionals wanting to better understand the relationship between pelvic floor function, breathing mechanics, pressure management, biomechanics, movement, load, and female physiology within real training environments. Built around The Female Specific Method™, this evidence-informed mentorship moves beyond isolated corrective exercises, outdated postpartum advice, and symptom-focused strategies to teach a prevention-focused framework for coaching women across different life stages and training demands. Because pelvic floor dysfunction is rarely caused by a single muscle alone. You will learn how breathing strategies, fatigue, exercise selection, hip mechanics, movement patterns, load progression, and pressure regulation influence pelvic floor function, compensation patterns, and dysfunction risk during exercise and daily life. Inside the mentorship, you will learn how to: • Recognise common dysfunction patterns • Improve pressure management during movement • Optimise exercise selection and load progression • Apply prevention-focused coaching strategies • Understand referral boundaries and scope of practice • Coach women more confidently through pregnancy, postpartum, peri/postmenopause, and performance goals This is not another pelvic floor certification focused on memorising isolated exercises or generic modifications. It is a systems-based framework designed to change how coaches assess, program, communicate, and support long-term female function and performance. Because prevention starts long before symptoms appear. The next intake begins July 11th, 2026. Enrollment is now OPEN.
