This express certification is a standalone course designed for immediate application of female-specific programming principles. It is not part of The Female Specific Master Coach certification, but rather practical education for coaches who want to implement evidence-informed female programming straight away without completing the full certification pathway. While The Female Specific Series™ provides in-depth education across individual life stages (Menstrual Cycle Informed Coach, Peri-Menopause & Beyond Specialist, Fertility to Motherhood Coach, and Functional Pelvic Floor Coach), this course condenses the core programming principles from all four into a single applied framework. It is designed for coaches who want clarity, simplicity, and immediate implementation—not extended theoretical study. Coaching women effectively requires more than generic programming templates. It requires an understanding of how hormonal fluctuations, reproductive status, recovery capacity, and mechanical load tolerance influence adaptation across different life stages. This course translates those principles into structured, usable programming decisions. Participants will learn how to adjust training variables in real time, improving both performance outcomes and long-term sustainability for female clients across menstrual years, pregnancy and postpartum, and perimenopause and beyond. By the end of the course, participants will be able to: * Design phase- and life-stage appropriate programs that reflect hormonal & physiological variability * Apply periodisation across menstrual, postpartum, and menopausal populations * Integrate pelvic floor considerations & load management into programming * Modify intensity, volume, and recovery strategies based on fatigue, energy availability, and life stage demands This course is built for direct application in coaching environments, providing a clear, structured framework to improve programming decisions for women.
